Where do I begin?
Where are you going?
Where have you been?
Where was it at?
Life on location.
"Where were you when..." conjures some of the most life-altering moments in our personal history.
Of all the senses, where is not one, yet, it uses all of our senses to identify and connect with.
One of my favorite words in scripture is sojourner, perhaps because I am an adventurer at heart and adventure is all about the where. Sojourner pushes where to the next level... are you simply traveling/passing through here and now with your gaze cast down... or are you sojourning, eyes of hope cast onward, considering the great beyond?
Where, indeed. Somewhere, one day, the greatest where of all... eternity.
Blessings,

I liked your differentiation with Sojourner.
ReplyDeleteI take comfort in the fact that I know the "where" for my eternity.
